You can purchase from 1 unit to as many as required. The delivery charge is the same no matter what quantity is ordered.
Anchor points are there to stabilise the installation. These are more important if only fitting a partial area.
To avoid using the anchor points, you can use additional cable ties to stabilise your installation in addition to the supplied clips.
